At Winspace Canada, we understand that crashes, potholes, and unexpected impacts can happen. While impact damage is not covered under standard warranty, we want to support riders and help get them back on the road as quickly as possible.
Crash Replacement
& Pothole Support
If your Winspace product is damaged due to a crash, pothole impact, accident, or other riding-related incident, you may be eligible for a preferred replacement discount.
Approved crash replacement or pothole impact claims may qualify for a discount ranging from 30% to 40% off the current Canadian retail price, depending on the product, availability, and nature of the damage.
Eligibility
This program applies to qualifying Winspace Canada customers with damage to eligible Winspace products, including framesets, wheelsets, and other major components purchased through Winspace Canada or an authorized Canadian partner.
Each request is reviewed individually and approval is at the discretion of Winspace Canada.

Discounts apply to replacement product only and do not include taxes, shipping, duties, assembly, labour, or other related costs unless otherwise stated.
Replacement availability may vary based on current inventory, production timelines, and product availability.
Winspace Canada reserves the right to approve, decline, or modify any crash replacement or pothole impact request at its discretion.
