At Winspace, we stand behind our products and are committed to delivering bikes that are safe, reliable, and built for their intended purpose.
Coverage Period
The warranty period begins when the product is delivered to the original owner.
Framesets are covered for 3 years, and wheelsets are covered for 2 years.
What’s Covered
The Winspace warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, failure to follow instructions, lack of maintenance, or non-conforming use.
It also does not cover normal wear and tear.
This includes components such as brake pads, rim brake surfaces, spokes, rim tape, bearings, and other parts subject to regular use.
In the Event of a Claim
If a defect is identified, Winspace will provide guidance and support for resolving the issue. Where possible, replacement parts and instructions will be provided to complete the repair.
If the issue cannot be resolved, the product may be replaced or reimbursed at Winspace’s discretion.
